About Your Appointment Dr.Rabinowitz practices her unique blend of Eastern and Western Medicine in Colorado exclusively at the Longmont Institute for Integrative Medicine (LIIM). Her Natural Medicine evaluation includes a Western Medical history, a life-style analysis of diet, exercise, supplements and social habits followed by a corresponding physical examination. This comprehensive visit is usually covered by health insurance. The remainder of the visit consists of a Chinese Medical Evaluation that includes an acupuncture treatment. This part is complementary. About the Office The Longmont Institute for Integrative Medicine is a group practice dedicated to a Holistic approach to Family Medicine. The practice offers integrative medical and surgical care, osteopathic manipulation and well woman care. Rehabilitative massage therapy and psychotherapy are available on site. Appointments: Schedule your appointment carefully, at a time convenient for you. Allow 1 hour for your first visit. Please bring the completed new patient information form with you. Cancellation Fee Policy: If it is necessary for you to cancel, please give us 24 hours notice, as it is difficult to fill appointment slots on short notice.
